Shipping:

• We ship only within the United States.

• All orders receive free shipping, regardless of the size or value of the order.

• We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the size and weight of the package.

 

Processing Time:

• Orders of 10 items or less will usually be processed and shipped within a week of the order being placed.

• Larger orders may require additional processing time.

• During holidays, processing and shipping times may be slower than usual.

 

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the USPS, FedEx, or UPS website.

 

Returns:

• We accept returns in cases where there is a misspelling that differs from the information provided on the order. Please check all names, birthdays, numbers, and other relevant information before submitting your order.

• To initiate a return, please email our customer service team with your order number and a detailed explanation of the misspelling.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
